The website opened in September of as a free public service and social enterprise supported by the Polis-Schutz family. Starfall has been teaching children to read with phonics for well over a decade.

Nightly 5 — 10pm. Dominion GardenFest of Lights is a holiday tradition featuring more than a half million lights, botanical decorations, trains, holiday dinners, family activities and more.
